Booking Process

The booking process is quite simple! Whether you are searching for a quote or are ready to book with me, I ask that you begin by filling out the booking form below (for quote inquiry only, please specify in the ‘Additional Comments’ section of the booking form that you are only looking for a quote). Within 48 hours, I will contact you via email to book you in and discuss your tattoo design. Please note, I require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment slot. This can be sent to my email address gabbywhelan.tattoo@gmail.com through Interac E-Transfer. At least 24 hours before your appointment, I will send you your design to review. Once you are happy and I have received your deposit, you are all set! How exciting!

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give me 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee of $50 will be administered (your tattoo deposit) if you do not contact me within 24 hours of your appointment. Otherwise, that deposit will be carried over to go toward your rescheduled appointment. A day before your appointment, I will send an appointment reminder. If you have any questions, please email me and I will be happy to answer! I’m really looking forward to meeting you and seeing what beautiful art we can create on your body!
